Can't access a site via blackberry

Hello!

Got a user that is unable to access a booking page offered by BA from his blackberry. Have ensured he is running java and allowing cookies etc but he cant view the site. Other users can with the same device. Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks in advance!

something to do with security i reckon as i cant do online banking with natwest from my pda running ie or opera but i can get on lloyds?

Not sure, user has same access rights as others. Must be something to do with the browser settings i guess but all options (IE emulation) are ticked.
