Can’t access bios on new build

Hi guys I have just finished a new build and everything is rock solid stable yet for some reason I’m unable to acfess the bios when having the display hooked up to the gpu . All I get is a black screen yet if I plug into the motherboards dispray port and use onboard graphics I can get into the bios no problems at all . Never had this problem before it’s left me baffled

Yes, this. Can't remember what it's called. I would do an update of the BIOS and then see if that fixes it too since it might not be picking up the dedicated GPU.

Edit, I see you're on the latest BIOS. try a clear CMOS and try this:
