Cant access ftp sites with zonealarm on

Hi
anyone else having problems with zonealarm and ftp sites? with my zonealarm running, i can access any ftp sites (private or public).

its abit strange, anyone got a cure to this?

oops think ive fixed it now, ive deleted all my program control profile in zonealarm and it works now.
looks like i denied access to one of the programs/components that was needed to use access ftp sites.
