Can't access one site

I've been trying to get on the Bank of England website and I can't connect. I get the document contains no data message. Tried on Firefox and IE, on my PC, my laptop and my housemates laptop. Checking with one of those is it up? sites it is and I could access it at campus.

So what is the problem? I'm on Be using their Speedtouch 585 .

Can anyone suggest anything?

From looking round some seem to think it could be because of a dynamic IP but I have a static one.

I could really use with being able to access the site.
