Can't access Synology admin panel

My Synology Diskstation seems to have spat its dummy out. When I log in via the web interface I only get user priv's and can't access the control panel.

Any ideas?

I don't mind doing a factory reset as I wan't to upgrade the HDD but would like to get into the control panel first.
 
I've had simular problems with my QNAP in the past. Either switching browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies should sort it.
