Can't access 'User' folder on drive image.

I backed up my SSD using Macrium Reflect as I've just re-installed Windows but I can't access my old User folder to access things like documents and music. I get an error saying 'This media is write protected' if I try to change the owner under the folder properties. I seem to be able to access the rest of the image, it's just my old user folder.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Did you check 'enable access to protected folders'?
