Can't acess my networked file server

Any idea what might be causing this, I've recently changed my PC due to a Conroe upgrade and now I just can't get on the server. It comes up with this message.

My other PC can access it fine. Just to point out the server is a local machine.

Are they in the same workgroup and is the ID you're using to log onto the PC the same as one on the server?
