Cant adjust any picture settings ?

Hi guys,

i just bought this TV but it wont let me adjust anything like brightness, contrast, colour etc. but i can change the mode to like dynamic or movie ??? any suggestions please ?

model number?

if its a low end tv then there is a possibility you cannot adjust them. or it may be in hotel mode, factory reset should sort it out if its the latter

Dynamic, Movie, Standard etc are all different degrees of idiot modes. Depending on make and model something like Dynamic allows no adjustment at all. Movie might allow adjustment of some settings but not all.

There's a chance that you have a setting called "user" or "custom" or something similar to that. This will allow adjustment of all the settings.

Of course it's also possible that you have Child Lock switched on.
