c902 has big ergonomics problems, and no xenon flash (WTF??)
k850i is a bit of a clunky rushed-to market thing
k770i has no xenon flash

any others?

I would get a k810i but im sure that joystick would break within months

I've had no problems with my K810i or the k750i that preceded it - despite having my own worries about the joystick.

My only complaints would be that I preferred the K750i's LED light over the XENON flash (I could use it as a torch to help find keys etc. in the dark), and that after a few months use they both seem to become less responsive.

its horrible really

how hard is it for people to add an xenon flash ? it makes all the difference. the 3.2mp with proper flash on the k800/810 is still the best camera on a phone out there

i had a k850i before my omnia and it was a great phone and camera?

no to mention it has 2mp more pixels the the 800.

c902 has Xenon flash (according to SE website and explanation why C902 doesn't feature "torch"), don't know about ergonomics but it looks like some bits were actually improved a lot by addition of dedicated touch interface for camera only. And it doesn't have flimsy lens cover that opens in pocket. On the other hand it doesn't have wifi, gps (so just how does geotagging work on C902?) so it's definitely a rushed product, rather than flagship K800i once was.

i can confirm from first hand experience the c902 definitely does NOT have a xenon flash, which is terrible

the upcoming c905 will have xenon, but its a slider...

the army should use k800is . bombproof. the alu casing on mine is dented to bits but still works fine. infact i dropped it in a club once and was handed it back in 3 pieces. clicked back together and still worked. stairs... still worked. ill miss it when its gone :p:(

mine got dropped from quite high onto concrete - dented the top corner of it, but it carried on working fine regardless. The one day about 6months later it just stopped working. Whilst i was waiting on a replacement I got an N95, when i got the k800i back (brand new) i stupidly sold it and kept the bloody N95 didn't i :(

i miss having a phone that actually works properly

Had my K800i for two years, it got dropped in two pints, a toilet, mildly set on fire whilst welding, dropped on concrete floors an unthinkable amount of times! Sadly I lost it at Leeds Fest :( Now looking for a replacement and it seems I might be best off just getting another K800i!

yeah exactly, hard to believe there is no good succesor

I've had my K810i since it came out too, no problems what so ever :)

Have been tempted by the various newer smart phones out there, but I'll probably just stick with this to be honest when my contract runs out in Nov!

Joystick on my K800i doesn't work properly :(

Other than that it's my favourite phone, and I'm not sure what to upgrade to as I am able to upgrade at the moment.
