I have just put together a HTPC using an an old Asus A8N SLI-Deluxe, ATI 6570, and Samsung SH-B123L BD Rom. Running W7 Ultimate 32 Bit. I have installed the free copy of Power DVD 9 OEM that come with the drive and I am using the ATI HDMI to Bitstream the audio to my Pioneer surround amp that is connected to my Pioneer Kuro Plasma.

The problem I am having is it is not bitstreaming HD audio (DTS-MA and True HD) the display on the amp is just showing DTS/Pro Logic

I also have the Shark007 codec pack installed and slysofts AnyDVD HD.

Any ideas how I can get it to work. Im sure I have read the ATI card and Power DVD 9 OEM should support it.

Hi, The 6570 does support DTS-HD-MA over HDMI, whats the model of the receiver you have? Some don't automatically detect it and you need to change it manually.

Also does the source file contain master audio?

The amp is a Pioneer SC-LX71. I was using a BluRay copy of hellboy 2 that I know uses DTS HD-MA. The amp displays it correctly using a standalone Pioneer BluRay player

Not sure this will work but try installing the ATI Realtek driver and see if that works

Gave this a go. It adds the line - Non decoded high definition audio to external device to the Audio menu of PDVD9, Which is exactly what I was looking for. (previously I only had the options of PCM decoded by Power DVD or Non decoded Dolby Digital/DTS audio to external device.

Sadly it is still not showing DTS-HD-MA on the amp display and is still playing as standard DTS.
