Made a bootable flash drive for the install and it won't work. Tried two different ones, both won't work.

Both however work on my laptop and go through to install screen.

Have flashed latest bios and been through the settings but still can't figure why it just boots to windows logo and circle of doom, and no further.

Set to UEFI and secure Boot is on.

Probably a bit of hardware it's not agreeing with.
Try temporally unplugging anything not required (USB headers, PCIe cards, secondary drives etc)

I had something similar the other day where it was stuck/hanging on 'getting devices ready' on a new AM5 build.
That turned out to a faulty wifi pcie card that was failing to start, hence the initial device detection was failing.
