Can't boot from USB

I am trying to install windows on a computer from a usb stick. It shows up on bios, but not boot menu. and I can't set it as default boot device, please help

Made the stick bootable? Google rufus

I copeied the files from the official disk, It's worked for me before

Some pc's are funny like that though,try making it bootable first,also try disabling fastboot if that's enabled as it disables USB ports at startup
