Can’t boot into BIOS

Hi

I’ve recently built a new computer and started getting random restarts in windows 11. Upon investigation I went to change a setting in the Bios but now can’t get in. I’m using a wireless keyboard and mouse and key inputs don’t work. Restarting pressing shift does nothing. System recovery advanced startup just reboots not giving me any options. Are there any other ways, as I’m lost

Thank you Andrew.

I tried using command prompt which didn’t work. I then tried to reset the bios and had a dead machine that wouldn’t boot anything. I swapped to HDMI with a different monitor and randomly the asus logo popped up and managed to get into the bios, I set the defaults and got back into windows BUT I’m still unable to restart with recover options. When I try and restart in recovery to access the options and boot into uefi etc the pc reboots but there’s no signal to the monitor and I have to manually restart the machine. “It’s on but no one’s home”.
