Hi all, I've dragged an old computer out of my loft to use for retro gaming.. I have an issue as follows and hope someone here might be able to help me resolve the issue.

So spec wise:
A8N32 SLI Deluxe Mobo
2x NVidia 8800 GTS cards (sli bridged)
2x Barracuda Hardrives
I can't remember what Processor I'm running

So when I power the computer on, if it's been left for several days off it has booted to the black screen where I can press F1 to load settings

Other than that it (if your familiar with this mobo) it's first screen is the Alife screen which at the bottom says press tab for system settings or Del to load setup

It seems to boot to this first screen then stay on that. It hasn't loaded the keyboard or mouse at this point so I cannot press any buttons as they don't work.

I've tried resetting cmos, I've replaced rhe cmos battery, I've put in a new hard drive.. nothing has seemed to work as of yet.. I'm wondering if the mobo is knackered? Or if something would need replacing to get it working again?

I suspect these old boards don't support USB at boot.
No, but the usb I have plugged the keyboard into is one of the ones that's directly connected to the motherboard, I suspect if I used an older keyboard plugged into the ps2 keyboard plug in the same unit that the usb is on, this would not be working either..
