Can't buy anything on PSN

I need to update my card details on PSN as my credit card had expired, I've tried 2 different cards and neither work, error code is WC-40382-7 on both of them. PSN gives me the same error on my PayPal account as well.It simply says card details are not valid and PayPal says the same.

Can't add funds to my wallet using any of the above methods either.

All 3 accounts are working fine in the real world - what am I doing wrong?

Quite, never ever had an issue.

Tried purchase on PSN on computer, same on all 3 payment methods, must an an issue at their end.

Buy the PSN cards from Amazon and add them to your account. They are instant codes so you don't have to wait.

A PSN card from Amazon worked, oddly using one of the exact cards PSN wouldn't take.
