Cant compress my sig enough (file size) ideas?

Just made a new sig but i cant compress it more than 22.6 KB using jpeg and photoshop while the max for this site is 20 KB i think. This is the first time i have really used photoshop for this sort of thing

Is the anyway of compressing this image more (this is the original ~78 KB)

Try using save for web rather than just save as as I think this embeds a colour profile which obviously makes the file too big.

Here's one save at a quality of 50 using save for web
