cant connect apache fans to megahalem cooler

im having big problems trying to connect these apache fans to the megahalems cooler, the end of the clips just wont seem to go through the holes on the corner of the fan, dont wanna bend em incase they go outta shape

any ideas to wat im doing wrong

i sorted it i see the end of the hooks dont actually go thru the fans holes in the corner, the bent end just sits in the hole and hold it in just fine
