Can't connect case fan to Motherboard.

Hi guys, I have a

1 x MSI P67A-GD53 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION ** £107.99
1 x Cooler Master Elite 430 Windowed Case - Black

And I'm struggling to connect the case fan. The fan has these connectors:

But the Motherboard requires this connection:

So what do I do?

You connect it to the PSU.

Or does it split somewhere along the cable length to leave a three pin header like this?

AH! I found it! You were right, there was a plug half way up that disconnected revealing a 3-pin header.

Case solved.
