Can't connect to NAS or shared drives after recent update

Any suggestions? Everything as far as I'm aware is enabled but it's just not working, can't see any shared drives on other systems on the network and NAS unsurprisingly can't be found either. :(
 
If its after a W10 update then check if SMB1 is enabled.

After a set update Windows defaulted it to disabled instead of enabled.
