Can't connect to the internet!

I bought a new router (Netgear DG834GT) and it won't connect to the internet! It says 'CHAP Authentication Failed' though the username/password is correct and our other Netgear (wired) router is fine

Do you have any ideas of what i could try, as this is very annoying

That means the username/password is incorrect, but if they aint then bugger knows, sorry.
