can't connect using ftp

i use filezilla but have tested with other software.

i can't download the directory for my website. the logins all work fine but it fails to download directory and eventuallys times out.

i've spoken with tsohost but they say everything is correct, tried with new logins, new password, white listed my ip, uninstall and install filezilla, still same issue

any thoughts what i can do?

Try WinSCP. I've had issues with Filezilla, I've also had issues with TSOhost

same issue, though i will say i do prefer the look of it over filezilla

You could try tarballing the whole directory structure up and then download that single file. I've seen ftp clients get themselves into a mess navigating a tree.
