Can't Connect With Remote Assistance

Hi,

I cannot connect to my son's computer using Windows Remote Assistant.

I am running Windows 7 SP1 and he is Vista SP2. I can connect other family members with this configuration and have just tested a connection again without a problem. I have had him make sure that "allow remote assistance" is checked in his firewall.

Does anyone know what else may be causing this?

Check port listings and add exceptions if needed as a test, telnet tests may also help troubleshooting.

This. It's so much easier recently they've been closing off our sessions after a time. But it works.
