Cant Control Team group Delta RGB

I have installed the ram below in an Asus workstation motherboard, RAM works fine, but the Team group blitz software says "No Team group Blitz DRAM modules found on your computer" its says also compatible with Asus Aura, that just crashes to desktop. would it have to with XMP profile disabled as I cant use enabled with a Xeon CPU

Try completely uninstalling all of the asus aura software and blitz (dont use both at same time as they conflict with one another anyway as both technically the same thing) and just re-download and re-install asus aura sync, then see if it finds the ram. I've had these modules and theyre great!
