I have a friend who has a brand new PC with vista home premium, and wants to copy a music (wma) file in DVD maker or WMP
Although photos copy OK, the music file says this file type is unsupported. She has tried copying the file on two other vista PCs and it works OK.
I've had a scour on the internet and found it could possibly be a encoder issue, but the answers are so vague, I'm not really sure. Can anyone help me help her.
