Unfortunatley that error can be caused by many different things, run chkdsk on the hdd and memtest86 on the ram. Update all drivers to the latest versions and make sure the pc is not overheating.

Duff memory, memory not running at its correct voltage, or not enough chipset voltage if running 4 sticks is often the culprit.

yeah am running 4 single stick,i have put ram voltage up to 2.10v as it say on the ram.but then i was looking around the forum,i found if putting cpu Voltage up 1v something should do it or something.my bios is updated.or any got same MB as me what Ram Voltage and chip or cpu voltage u put on?

am ready started fresh install with 1 stick in at mo.

I think you mean 0.1v not 1v. Thats doubling the CPU voltage . . .

And its the Northbridge voltage you want to increase. Could also be called G(MCH)
