Can't decide between Herman Miller Aeron or Mirra 2

I'm currently using a IKEA Markus and while its okay for short periods of time I feel like for the amount of time I spend at my desk each day for work I want to invest in something better. Its the last part of my setup which isn't dialled in.

I've looked and looked at all the options and narrowed it down to Aeron or Mirra 2. I tried a Aeron in John Lewis the other day and really liked it but I love the idea of the adjustable leg support on the Mirra 2.

I'm 6"2 by the way.

Anyone tried both?

I've owned both, and whilst I initially preferred the Mirra 2's design, the current gen Aeron in polished steel is a lot nicer.

In terms of ergonomics, I think the Aeron has a slight edge too – though I'm not quite 6ft2.

Yeah I tried the Aeron in john lewis, loved it. Will give it a try for a week at home and return for a Embody if I decide I don't like it afterall.

Managed to get one for £850 new. Cheapest I could find a decent 2nd hand one was £500 ish, didn't seem worth it to only save £350.

wrong size
size b is the correct size for your height

If you look on the Herman Miller website it shows you a graph (height and weight) and size B is recommended for people around 6'2
im looking into these for the past week

B or C is recommended for 6"2. I tried B in store and found it to be too small. C has been perfect. Any back pain I've had over the years from sitting was literally gone within days of using this chair - believe the hype.
