I've been using stock heatsink for awhile now and decided to go with a better one for OCing.

Firstly my first choice was the Frio seeing as it has a high review in Frosty, then I went on to look at others, V6, V8, Venomous X Black.

I'm also considering Tuniq 120, but for some reason I can't find it in any shops.

Should I just go with the Frio? Or would you guys recommend a better one.

I have an Antec 300.

Thanks

Biggest factor in a small(ish) case would be the size of the heat-sink, and the amount of cool air been drawn to the cooler as well. You can spend £170 on an air cooler and still have it perform badly because of insufficient cool air, meaning you might as well have stuck with the stock cooler.

To be honest though, before I switched to the CoolIT Eco A.L.C I went through a number of air coolers, and the largest difference I saw was 4c. And in my opinion that was probably down to the thermal paste I used on each cooler (Coolermaster Cosmos S case for reference). So, unless you are obsessed with Temps, like me, you can't go wrong. Go with the cheapest if money is a factor, or go with the largest for best performance.
