So i been looking at a new psu to overclock my pc with

i have been looking at the EVGA SuperNOVA 750B2 and the EVGA SuperNOVA 750G2 but i cant decide which to get is it really worth the extra £30 to go for the gold+ one as apparently the B2 hits silver anyway

see if the B2 had black wires i would have brought it hands down, i was looking at the NEX750B due to taht having all black wires but i got turned of that after hearing what people say about that

so is there another other PSU close to the £65 mark that is as good as the B2 that has all black wires

or what can i do to make the B2 wires black with out voiding warranty (and with out buying a cable extension kit as the extra money it cost to buy that i might as well buy the G2)

Couple of points that may sway you in your decision:

the G2 is fully modular, the B2 is semi modular (the cables fitted you'd use anyway)

The G2 has a semi passive fan mode (Turn it on & the fan does not spin at low temps/loads)

differences in efficency may not matter to you depending on whether you have your PC on 24/7, how much Gaming you do, what GC(s) you have.

Having said that, the Superflower leadex 750W gold is on offer this week at the same price as the B2 so I'd go for that, unless you want the 10 year warranty.

can you link me?
