I've been looking into a new case for my pc, my current case is a cheap midi eBay purchase from quite a few years ago.

I'm looking to spend around £40-£60, I already have a psu so I don't need a case with a psu. Some of the cases I have been looking at are.

XIGMATEK Midgard II
XIGMATEK Midgard
BitFenix Shinobi Black with Side Window
Fractal Design Arc Mini

Case needs to have front or top usb panel, toolless design, would very much like the hard drive case's to be accessable from the side and not the back. Oh and plenty of fan options.

Apart from the case's I've looked can any one suggest any that I've not looked at.

Regards.

Bitfenix shinobi or fractal design arc mini are the best of the two you've put up, but be aware that the fractal only supports mITX and mATX motherboards.

The other good options are:
Zalman Z9
Corsair 300R
CM 690 II lite is at an amazing price at the moment.

I wouldnt worrie about the psu unless you are running it at its limit in all honesty they are good psu's there was just a single bad batch sold that ocuk members seemed to get
Its proven to be reliable now after 6 years imo
Corsair had a simmler problem a few years ago altho most bad ones went to the us altho there has been a fair few die on here too but ppl still reccomend them

The 580w type R are well known for it.

Your's being 6yr's old proves other wise, all the same 6yrs old, I would be looking to renew it.

Well I've not had any problems in those 6 years and my case as been like a magnet to dust.

At the moment I'm looking towards the Zalman Z9 Plus. I can't find any stock for the BitFenix and the Arc Midi is just out of my price range.

Although I did have my eye on the Midgard II for quite a while.

Going back to the Z9, does any one know if you can get a dust filter for the power supply and also a dust filter for the side panel?
