a lot of end game/decent gear can be had from vendors now with point's earnt from pvp battlestations :D

Been tempted by lotr again so think Iwill give it a go :)

I haven't experimented with them much - my main is a captain and I am also leveling a minstrel. My mate who also plays says that minstrel is a good solo class and as a healer you will be well sought out for fellowships (LOTRO's name for parties/groups). However like most MMOs, all classes have apart to play and have strengths and weakness. however as above - lore master is what you want to go for for a traditional wizard class, and rune keeper available in the expansion.
 
I've played wow for about 2 years now. Looking back over that time i can honestly say i'm so glad i got out of it lol. Warhammer online is definately worth a look, it doesn't have a massive amount online at the moment but i really liked it. Not as cartoony as wow. It's worth a look.
 
Aye Warhammer Online would be my choice now, as WoW for brand new players may not offer the same excitement as it used to a few years ago.
