Between buying the "Ultima Viper" or the "Ultima Vanquish" with the extra GPU. Will the second GPU really warrant the extra dough? :confused:

The Ultima Vanquish comes with only one GPU which is the 5870 instead of the 5570.

It depends on what size monitor and do you want to play with all the eye candy enabled.

Ive got a 22-inch monitor at the mo. Would preferably want all eye candy available!

I'd rather go for one powerful gpu, 2 always seem to run into some sort of trouble.

Then the 5570 wouldn't be enough.

Get the 5870 or just upgrade that 5570 to a different card like the gtx 465, 470 or 5850,5870.

for that, a 5870 / GTX 470 or upwards will do that. If you're worried about future upgrades, you can go SLI later, once the cards get cheaper and the games more demanding.

Basically, I'd just go for a Intel / NVIDIA single card, with option of SLI later on (or the latest single card at the time if it proves to be competitive with 470 x 2).
