oops. No hinting at competitors prices. I would edit that post sharp if you wish to remain a member here.

Make sure you remove that competitor web address and name - as it is against forum rules (since this forum is run by the OCUK shop).

Without mentioning the name I would say that the particular shop you mention doesn't have a good reputation and I would strongly recommend you buy from somewhere else which has better customer service should something go wrong (like OCUK) - since gaming graphics cards among the most to most likely PC components to fail.

I would also strongly recommend you upgrade from your CIT PSU if you plan to use a decent graphics card - since that one is poor quality and may kill your system when using a high power graphics card.

yeah, sorry for that. What psu would you recommend, keeping in mind that I plan on buying two 6870 and an 2500k? would be good if it was under £60.

For a new PSU I would go with this one. it is only 500w - but plenty for a system with an hd 6870 and an i5 2500k and much higher quality than the cit (here is a review).

CiT psu's aren't bad (personal expirence)
Cheap 560ti's where??
Anyway the twin fan is probably a good idea when choosing over a same card with one fan

In the case of the 750W unit - this is a PSU that costs ~£25 to buy, is supposed to deliver "750W" - but its own label says it can only deliver 35A (420W) of that on the 12V rail (though I wouldn't recommend trying it). Also, it only comes with a single 6 pin PCIE power connection, there are no in-depth reviews of it and a lot of negative user reviews (check out the rainforest store).

Hence why I say it is poor quality and not to be trusted with a powerful and expensive GPU and CPU.

No, for that you will want something on the level of a 600W PSU for CrossfireX HD 6870, this one would be a good choice.

However, your H67 board's second full-size graphics card slot only runs at x4 speed - so it wouldn't be ideal to add a second card (either change the board or upgrade to a faster single graphics card).

What about this one, as I'm on a budget.

^^ That should be ok. If I recall correctly, 600w is about the minimum recommended for crossfire 6870's, though as cmndr_andi says, with one of your lanes running at x4 speed it isn't really worth it. So, as suggested, either stick with one 6870, buy a faster gpu or upgrade the mobo.

I'm only going to buy one 6870 and a psu for now, but later on I think I will buy a new mobo and the second 6870, but the question still stands, which one should I buy the msi 6870 oc or sapphire 6870 oc with twin fans? or maybe even a 6870 from a different brand, but the price must be below £130.
