Can't delete folders!

I was playing about with nLite the other day and needed to test drivers properly so I installed XP a couple of times on a different partition. Now I've done testing, I want to delete the windows installation folders, but it wont let me...

I have deleted everything except this one file in both instances

G:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\flash.ocx

and

G:\WINDOWS.0\system32\Macromed\Flash\flash.ocx

It just comes up with the usual Access Denied box.

Help?!

Try it in Safe Mode

EDIT: Or just use Disk Management to format the partition!
