Cant delete winzip

Ive just installed 7zip which i will use from now on. But neither using cccleaner, nor manually can I get rid of this! Manually tells me its in use even after a reboot and cccleaner says its missing uninstall.lst

Any ideas?

Install it again, then try removal.
