Recently anything I download is erroring and giving me NSIS errors when I open them. I have 3 PC's.

1. Desktop Windows 7 - Has the issue
2. Windows 7 Laptop recently formatted - Like 50/50 if it works. I can redownload and it will work.
3. Windows 8.1 Laptop - Always fails. Tried formatting, same issue.

One example of a file that fails:

Also let's just say that legal torrents are hashfailing and discarding a lot of data.

I'm like 95% sure this is a BT issue, or atleast my HomeHub 5 is faulty (also connected wired). Is there an equivalent router I can buy anyone can recommend or what is wrong? I'm on the Fibre 40/10 package.

The NSIS errors may occur under one of the following conditions:
1. Software files downloaded from the Internet are not complete.
2. Downloaded software files have been modified from the original version.
3. Your PC is infected with a virus.

I'm in the same boat. Saw your post this morning but didn't have time to point you to that thread sorry. A mate had posted on FB about it and after a day spent tearing my hair out it was almost a relief to find out it's an exchange issue. Saying that it's been an ongoing fault since September 4th/5th so imo BT really need to get their finger out!
