can't download google tv content

Couldn't find the mobile phones forum.

For some reason I can't download films/tv from Google TV onto my smartphone to watch offline due to the error message

couldn't fetch licence (error-1)

anybody know how to rectify it or what's going on?

I followed the steps but nothing workd and I still get the same error message.

Why didn't you just tell me it was something to do with piracy (I didn't want to share my content with anybody else).

Anybody else on here having the same problem as I've done what Google have told me and still get the same message all the time.
What would you lot do or should I set up another account?
