Can't enter bios

Hi guys.

Need some help with my Abit IP35 Pro XE.
Just set up RAID0 (first time user), but now i can't enter bios when i restart the PC.
The RAID setup works fine, OS is Vista HP x64, HDDs are 2 samsung 500gb.

All settings for the Raid array are on default.

with some raid controllers, it'll enter the bios AFTER displaying the drives etc..

try a ps2 keyboard failing that

Hi bledd.

Have managed to get into bios after a cold boot, but still not after a restart.

*EDIT*
Just found another problem. When i set it to boot from CD, i dont get the option to "press any key to boot from CD".
Is it possible the screens are changing to fast?
