Cant find a case

So I've grown tired of my Corsair 400c, window is scratched, not the quietest case etc so Ive been looking around for a new case £100-£160 max. The only two that caught my eye are the Phanteks p400s Glass, and Pro M Glass.
you can probably guess that I'd love to pick up a tempered glass case.
Requirements - I'd ideally like to stick around the same size case as the 400c and p400s
Room up top for a 240 Ran and fans ( I can just squeeze this in on the 400c, but p400 doesn't look likely.
Good airflow and enough room for my gpu - strix 1070, 29ish cm long I believe.
PSU should would also be good.

Any other ideas other than the above?

I saw that, looked good but didn't look like airflow would be very good

Airflow is great, 3 fans top and bottom and it runs cool and calm.

Is there not problems mounting the bottom fans due to atx motherboards. I've seen a few comments and even a video review where they couldn't mount fans at the bottom

Board in first and connect the headers and then install the fans, still room left. The issue is if you install the fans first its very tricky to connect the headers but still possible.
