Can't find process managment guide...

Hey, I used to have a link for a guide to what all the windows process' are and which ones could be disabled on the majorgeeks site, but i have lost the link Scoured that dam site and cant find anything but downloadable files, dont need those lol, so does anyone off hand know the link to what i mean?

Really need/want it atm, its not a forum thread either, just dont seem to be able to see any guides of any description.

I just type the process name into google then type 'what is' before it...

Tends to find something.
