Can't find replacement indicators

I need to replace both rear indicators on my 2005 Hornet F4, however am struggling to find an exact replacement:

I'm not sure if these are even stock as all my searches on M&P etc. have brought up larger indicators with a shaped base rather than a round base.

They have on them:
H21W
11 12
50R-000141
ST-034A

Not sure if that's of any help.

The bigger ones that are coming up when searching for Hornet do look correct as they are the right shape to fit on the bike without needing the spacer, but I would quite like the same as the one shown above. The Honda replica ones are also expensive.

Any ideas?

They are both broken unfortunately. I'm taking them to the bike shop today to see if they can test them for me to make sure it's not the bike's wiring (doubtful considering everything else is working perfectly). It might just be the bulbs I suppose, although they are a little tatty anyway from being knocked when the bike was taken into the previous owner's house, so I'd quite like to get new ones. Saying that, if I can get these current ones working with new bulbs then I'll use them for now. I just want the bike legal asap, so cosmetics can wait

Picked some up in the bike shop today, thought I may as well to make sure it's not internal wiring that's an issue. Still blinking too fast. They were just for testing really, so will pick up some 21w tomorrow.

Hopefully 21w on the back sorts the flash speed out!
