cant find the name of this part ( out of case fans)

so im pretty sure its a 4pin molex connector but no idea what the ( terminal thing) is called if anyone can link me a replacement i would massively appreciate

It looks like a way to get power to two 3-pin fans from a 4-pin Molex power.

A direct replacement would be something like this:

A prettier replacement would be something like this:

or you could get another colour, or even one of the adapters that drops the fans to 7v (or even 5v) if you don't need the fans connected to it running at the full 12v speed.

Your first picture is of a four pin molecular connector, which I'm assuming has the red and black cables out through your fingers that go to the circuit board input on the second picture.

The red Birfenix cable replaces the parts in both of your pictures - instead of a molex powering a circuit board which then powers two 3-pin fans, this cable is a molex powering the 3-pin fans directly.

Beyond that, don't know the individual names for the two components you've pictured, sorry.
