cant get a replacement part for my bitfenix outlaw case

broken my spare drive bay cover for my outlaw case, have e-mailed bitfenix and they will not sell me a replacement, or send one out, saying they dont have them...erm....ok yeh, im sure you dont have any lying around...but anyway, could anyone suggest where i may be able to buy another one?
i have even looked on the bay but no luck

i dont know whats going on, doesnt seem to be getting through, iv had messages in trust before and they have worked fine
