Hey guys, I have a virgin media super hub and no one can get a wifi signal around the house. When we are in a room near by it's not too bad but it won't reach my room down the corridor and certainly cannot reach the second floor bedroom. As I live in a shared house we all need WiFi to our rooms and don't just have one study etc. I have a low end netgear power line adapter but no one else has anything. What would be the best step to enable internet access for all 6 of us, everyone get power line adapters? some sort of signal booster? Please help and if possible link the product if OC have it and furthermore budget is not an issue.

Thanks for any possible help

I had a similar problem in my house, I used a powerline to create a access point for the weak areas this has worked so far. Im just using the TP link access point

Put the superhub in modem mode and use a quality wireless router. This will work for everyone with their current devices and save having to faff around with extra hardware. I have just bought one of these for exactly the same reasons as you. Now I have full signal all over my house. If budget is no issue then there are even higher end routers available such as this, this and this. Check out a few reviews yourself and see if they fit the bill.

I am guessing when the superhub is in modem mode i just use an ethernet cable to attach it to a router and away I go.
