cant get full screen

Hi

I reinstalled windows on my new hard drive all is good but i cannot get full screen on my monitor using a HDMI cable on a resolution of 1920x1080 which worked fine before

I have a cap of an ince on both the left and right of my screen.

All was fine before

I plugged in my old drive and it was fine and noe the same has has happened here

I am using a Ati radeon 4870 and my monitor is a viewaonic vx2433wm

Hi, I have the same problem since building my new Pc, so far I cant find a way to fix it, any help welcome.

Whuch monitor are u sing and it works fine on DVI I don't understand
