Can't get into Bios need advice

Hello all,

Came home from work turned pc on and it auto updated Bios then rebooted and loads up Asus screen but del or f2 doesn't work even tried repluggging keyboard and different port any ideas? Thanks

Have you got a clear cmos button on back or on mobo?

Hold shift then restart from start menu, choose advanced options, then bios, or words to that effect

have you tried pressing the Del key of F1 key instead?

Turbo where do I find that exactly? On the board itself? Sorry D4N forgot to say I can't even get past the Bios into windows...and yeah tried F1 and del too never seen it auto update.

I have a bios flbk button on the I/O panel maybe that would work or? Never done this before on new hardware

should be a second switch next to the bios flash back button, looks like 2 arrows that meet, power off pc and then press it to clear the cmos

Unplugged everything left it for 15mins then plugged all in and all works....pcs are strange at times.(although did have some loose paper bit on the board from unboxing it last year as ocuk built it I guess I got too excited and missed it)
