Cant get into bios

Purchased a 980ti off the members market it arrived today and I have noticed that the load to windows is much slower than it used to be. During the boot up for a split second it displays this funny colour which it wasnt doing with my previous card. No problems once booted and in games etc fine. I also cant get into bios I press delete and it says its loading setup but then just displays a black screen. Any ideas?

Probably the reason why it was put on the market..

maybe check if there is a bios update for the mobo?

try removing the battery and clearing the cmos. take the battery out, remove the power cable, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to make sure all power is gone and leave for half hour or so and try again

Hi updated bios and its resolved the issues I was having however now I can play all games apart from CSGO where I get a black screen with a white mouse pointer when I load it. trying to reinstall it now.
