I have got seed box with seedhost.eu for few months and I have been using it with out any issues but since Wednesday all of sudden for some reason I can't access to my seedbox through rutorrent or via FTP (filezilla) or HTTP through my broadband connection( plus net) however I can login into my seedbox through my mobile 3g connection with out any issues.

I have been told that there is plus net routing issue but other plus net member's can traceroute the seedhost.eu servers without any issues.

Any suggestions guys where could be the problem, any help will be much appreciated in advance.

Please find the link for the thread I have created on official plus net forum:
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,124275.0.html

Yes tried both open/google dns with no luck. Seedhost customer support are blaming my ISP and my ISP is telling me that there is nothing wrong on their side. Running out of ideas now, only thing I need to try different router over the weeked.

When you change your dns settings, try rebooting first and try again.

Also I seem to be able to browse to seedhost.eu (BT) here so, my bet is on some routine ISP problem. Infact Im 90% on this being an ISP issue.

Used to have similar issues with Be There back in the day.... intermittant website issues. Routing/peering you name it.

The only issue Ive had with BT was when BFBC2 was the latest BF game, they where traffic shapping my network so that I couldnt get the lobby to display any servers. I complained and they sorted it for me.

No problem here - I'm on Sky broadband

Whoa, plusnet routing looks pretty horrendous. I thought VM had bad rep for having bad peering arrangements.

10 Hops and I'm there... Compared to the 18 hops on plusnet.

OP can you post a tracert from Command Prompt please. Keep the formatting by using Code tags.

Looks like your being blocked by a firewall at the destination server's data centre.

You're being blocked by this host: http://www.leaseweb.com/en

You need to get in touch with seedhost and tell them to find out what's going on from their bandwidth providers, send them the tracert.

Your tacert looks better than the ones they posted on the Plusnet Forums.

I'm also having trouble with PlusNet and SeedHost, although my issue appears to be traffic-shaping or poor routing, and not complete inability to access my server - link

Here's a traceroute from my PlusNet connection to your server:

Here's a traceroute from my PlusNet connection to your server:

Can you get access to bitsoup.me website from your plusnet connection?

Yes getting pretty much full speed.

Would you mind trying again after about 8pm?

EDIT: Actually, I am now getting 450KB/sec from my seedhost.eu server, and if I download file from that link I posted, I get my line's max speed. Something is definitely fishy with this.
