Cant get mobile phone usage to display data

Hi

I got a Cubot X18 plus and I cant seem to get any info on the mobile data usage page, it just stays blank. WIFI data displays fine.

I'm with Talkmobile and entered the VPN info manually, maybe I have not set something up correctly?

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
