cant get much of an overclock

basically ive got a 6400 a ds3 and some crucial 10th anniversary memory.i cant get any overclock above 360 fsb.ive upped the cpu volts to 1.45 and set the memory timings to 4-4-4-12 but it isnt stable at all above this.
im using the f4 bios as well but dont have a floppy drive to update the bios.can it be done in windows and what am i doing wrong as most are hitting at least 3.2

yes ot can be done on windows it easy to do, use the software i cant remember what its called though.

got it up to 3.2 gig but it doesnt seem to like a lower multiplier on the cpu so i can get more out of my memory
