Can't get onboard sound working (M4A79XTD EVO)

Just re-installed windows 7 and I am trying to get my onboard sound working.

I downloaded the drivers but at the end of the install it says "no HD audo device found."

Driver I downloaded: VIA Audio Driver V6.0.1.7200 for Windows 32/64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7.

That is the beta version, on the asus website you can find V6.0.1.8300

is the audio enabled in bios ?, usually are as standard but might be worth checking.
